Digital Mass Continues Expansion with Addition of Salesforce Developers 

Tom Fredrickson and Caleb Johnson join growing and dynamic team 

Minneapolis. (March 30, 2021) — Digital Mass, a Salesforce technology partner focused on lightning native modern development, continues its expansion with the hiring Salesforce developers Tom Fredrickson and Caleb Johnson. Both will immediately begin supporting Digital Mass’ growing number of clients in a variety of ways and will report to Justin Hanley, the company’s Director of Operations and Senior Consultant.

The addition of the two new developers comes at a time when the four-year-old company is experiencing tremendous growth in clients and the scope of the engagements. In the past year, the company has added 11 new clients. 

“As our client’s list and client’s needs have grown, it was time for us to invest in the development of our next generation of Salesforce leaders,” said MJ Davis, co-founder and software developer of Digital Mass. “The new hires are allowing us to continue to meet our client’s needs and grow with them. Both Tom (Fredrickson) and Caleb (Johnson) bring energy, fresh perspectives, and can-do attitudes to our dynamic team of developers.”

As a Salesforce Developer, Fredrickson will directly service client Salesforce implementation projects throughout all phases – from programming to testing, debugging, and documentation – as well as providing the full application life cycle for client projects. Fredrickson joins Digital Mass from healthcare management software company Epic Systems in Verona, Wisc. As a software engineer at Epic, he designed and developed features for the company’s dental application as well as led presentations of the software’s capabilities to hospital and university dentists. A 2020 graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. A Buffalo, Minn. native, Fredrickson now calls Minnetonka, Minn. home.

 In his role as Associate Salesforce Developer, Johnson’s time will be spent developing and maintaining Salesforce customizations and collaborating with colleagues to design an overall solution and detailed documentation to support client’s business needs. Johnson joins Digital Mass following his graduation from Lake Superior Technical College with an associate’s degree in Computer Technology. While at Lake Superior Technical College, his studies focused on Salesforce Lightening development as well as general programming. A Hibbing, Minn. native, Johnson now calls St. Anthony Village, Minn. home.
