After a successful run in full-cycle recruiting — where she earned Recruiting Excellence Awards four years in a row — Jenna moved into talent and resource development. Overseeing onboarding, mentorship, career development, and team growth across the organization, Jenna is known for building strong connections, improving processes, and making sure the people around her feel supported, challenged, and set up to thrive.
