Martin Davis is the co-founder and CEO of Digital Mass, where he oversees operations and plays a hands-on role in client strategy. Digital Mass is the largest dedicated Salesforce consulting firm in Minnesota — and a true family endeavor. Marty and his son MJ started the company together, and Marty's daughter Grace has shaped the company's managed services practice.
Marty's 30+ year career includes building an end-to-end ERP system for a $15M manufacturer, serving as a worldwide Oracle DBA at Fallon Advertising, and founding Ratchet, a consultancy that sold to RBA in 2011. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Finance from Northeastern in 2015. This foundation has shaped Digital Mass's depth in financial services, where the firm partners with national banks, insurers, and Fortune 500 financial services brands.
That same hands-on instinct shaped the company from day one: Marty started Digital Mass in 2017, writing Salesforce code himself. Today, with a focus on making Salesforce work for complex industries across any cloud, he has helped the firm grow from startup scale to multi-million-dollar revenue in under a decade.
